The MSc Biology is a universal master in the multiple disciplines in biology. It consists of 120 ECTS and is taught in English. There is no main focus of the programme. Instead, this programme allows you to design your own Master of Science, implementing different courses or research topics allowing for a diverse programme.

Tracks and specializations

The MSc Biology knows two main tracks; the research track and the policy and management track. The research track focuses on learning advanced methods and setting up your own experiment. The policy and management track will prepare for a career in company, consultants or policy organisations. Besides the two tracks, there is also a specialization called Behaviour and Neurosciences that focusses on brain, behaviour and the interaction between these two factors.
